Refurbishment and retrofit offers significant potential gains given current social, environmental and economic criteria.

Recently Stroma has been involved in a number of initiatives including the management of a retrofit project in Dartford in association with SEEDA; a consortium of bids for housing estate refurbishment; and the provision of benchmarking, improvement reports and post-improvement testing for a number of schools for the Isle of Man Government. We have also assessed several schools within the Republic of Ireland, carrying out testing prior to and following a retrofit scheme of improvements.
