Code for Sustainable Homes

The Code for Sustainable Homes introduces minimum standards for the energy and environmental performance of new dwellings. Dwellings are assessed and rated from levels 0 to 6. Funding from the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA) dictates minimum code level 3 and planning policy in many areas now stipulates this for all new social housing developments. We have extensive experience in delivering the design advice and assessments required to achieve target code levels.
